What happens here

The quote form uses your selected rooms and extras to calculate an estimate using current prices on our server. You can see your price before sharing contact details or a street address. The browser saves your cleaning choices so you can return to them; it does not save the form’s contact details or address in browser storage. When you submit, your contact details and cleaning plan are saved securely for our team. Adding a street address is optional and lets us prepare a formal quote for your property. If you prefer to chat, your cleaning selections can be copied into a chat draft for you to review and send. Our AI concierge saves your conversation and cleaning plan so you can return to them. Vercel hosts the agent and durable runs; its AI Gateway sends chat content to OpenAI to generate responses. Sanity supplies our public service and product information. To prepare your quote, the concierge collects your name and email to save an estimate, then your cleaning address when you choose to proceed with a formal quote. Voice contact details are read back for confirmation. Please keep health information, access codes and card details out of the chat.

We keep an encrypted business record of typed conversations and voice transcripts to review inquiries and follow up, including when you leave before requesting a quote. Voice transcripts contain recognized speech and may have transcription errors; we do not archive audio recordings. A copy of the conversation, with sensitive information removed, is stored in Notion for our authorized team. Notion processes that information under its privacy policy. Contact us to request access to or deletion of your conversation record.

This browser stores a conversation reference, an unsent draft and a request reference in local storage. An essential signed cookie, lasting up to 30 days, limits access to your conversations and quote requests to this browser. The conversation URL alone does not grant access. Clearing browser storage or cookies can prevent recovery; contact us for help with an existing request. The secure quote form collects contact details separately and saves them encrypted in Neon. Jobber receives the submitted scope and contact details to prepare quotes for you to review. Quote approval does not confirm an appointment.

Website delivery

The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address and browser information, to serve and protect the website. We have not added advertising trackers or a customer analytics service to this site.

Booking and contact information

Our booking form saves your contact details, property address, cleaning choices, estimate, preferred timing and notes in a database hosted by Neon. Contact details and notes are encrypted in storage. An essential browser cookie helps us recognize a repeated submission and avoid duplicate requests. We send your details and cleaning scope to Jobber to organize the request. Submitting the form does not reserve an appointment or collect a payment. Please do not include access codes, alarm codes or card details.

Jobber uses its own security tools and service providers. Read Jobber’s privacy policy. Submitting a cleaning request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Customer text messages

If you separately opt in, Refreshed Housekeeping, Inc. may text you about your cleaning inquiry, scheduling, service updates, invoices and support. Message frequency varies with your requests and services. Message and data rates may apply. Text consent is optional and is not required to request or buy service.

We process your mobile number, consent and opt-out choices, and messages to handle your request and service. Your website consent choice is saved with its time, source and wording version alongside your encrypted request details. Access is limited to people and providers who need it to operate the service. Jobber and messaging providers process information needed to deliver texts. We do not sell mobile numbers or text-consent information or share them with third parties for their marketing or promotions.

Reply STOP to stop texts. Reply HELP or email eugene@refreshedhousekeeping.com for assistance, corrections or a removal request. We can continue arranging service by email if you decline or stop texts. We retain information needed for service, consent and required recordkeeping. See our SMS terms for messaging details.

Team applications

Our team application form sends your introduction to a private Notion database. Notion stores the contact details, town or city, availability, and the introduction and cleaning experience you choose to share. Refreshed Housekeeping uses those details to review your interest and contact you about team opportunities. The form does not subscribe you to marketing or constitute an offer of employment. Please do not include government IDs, health information, sensitive documents or your street address. Notion processes that information under its privacy policy. Our website keeps a submission reference and receipt information in Neon to prevent duplicate applications. Your application answers are not stored in that receipt record. The standalone Notion form is available while the website form is being updated.

Employee agreements

The employee agreement form records your legal name, email, electronic signing consent, agreement acceptance and typed signature. Refreshed Housekeeping keeps those details, the agreement version, exact wording and receipt time in its private Notion records for onboarding and employment recordkeeping. Our website retains only a submission reference, a fingerprint and receipt information in Neon to prevent duplicate signing records. Signing does not subscribe you to marketing. Tax, banking and identity documents are collected separately through payroll onboarding.
