DIFFERENT PROPERTIES. CONSIDERED CARE.
A downtown apartment and a furnished family home rarely need the same reset.
Guest turnover, a longer furnished stay and an empty tenant change each call for different work. We review the property use, condition and handover priorities before shaping the checklist.
For several addresses, start with one property you know well. It gives us a practical place to discuss service fit before considering the wider portfolio.
A PORTFOLIO CONVERSATION THAT STARTS WITH THE WORK
Choose a property for the first scope review. Share its guest setup, current condition, actual beds and required handover window.
Linen stock, supplies, staging preferences and access vary. Each accepted address needs its own agreed checklist and responsibilities.
Discuss travel and simultaneous turnovers early. We review the work and team availability before confirming a visit or additional properties.
Tell us which completion notes or visible-condition observations you need. We discuss the method, permissions and who handles exceptions.
A SMALLER START. A BETTER-INFORMED PLAN.
A pilot property makes the checklist, timing and working relationship concrete.
Use the turnover planning guideTalk or type to share the number of properties, towns and type of turnover. We can plan one pilot property or begin with a wider portfolio review.
We review the cleaning, linen method, supplies, handoff and price for that property. The date is confirmed separately.
Consider actual delivery, travel and overlapping windows before expanding. Each additional address receives its own review.
HELP US UNDERSTAND YOUR PORTFOLIO
Leave access codes and guest information out of the request. We arrange access separately.

The right details make the next step easier.
Yes. Start with one real property you’d like us to assess, then tell us the property count and towns in the conversation. We review each address, checklist and scheduling needs before agreeing to additional properties. You can also email hello@refreshedhousekeeping.com to begin a portfolio conversation.
They need different plans. A furnished guest reset focuses on the next stay; an empty tenant-change property may need appliance or cabinet interiors and a more detailed initial clean. Tell us how each property is used so we can quote the right work.
Share overlapping checkout and arrival windows when we review the properties. Travel, access, linen handling and the available team all affect the plan. Each requested turn needs confirmation; a portfolio discussion does not reserve capacity across every address.
Tell us what handoff information would help you manage the property. Any completion notes, reference photos or visible-condition reporting need an agreed process and permissions. Cleaning does not include managing reservations, guest messaging, repairs or platform claims.
Calendar integration is not currently part of the offer. We begin by reviewing dates and confirming the cleaning plan directly. Share new bookings, cancellations and changed checkout times with the agreed contact rather than assuming a calendar change has reserved a cleaner.
